Topping For Meats, Seafood, Poultry, Fish And More

Topping should be enough for 8 single portions
7 oz. your favorite onion,
4 oz. fresh thyme toasted for 4 minutes,
2 - 3 T. fresh minced garlic(not that crap in the jar),
1-2 tsp. pink salt,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
14 oz. button mushrooms,
3 T. ea. butter and olive oil. You can freeze the mix.
