5 oz. onion or leek,
1 T. chopped(FRESH)garlic,
1&1/2 T. tomato paste,
1 tsp. dry basil or 8 leaves,
1/4 c. craisins,
1 c. whole ricotta cheese,
4 small eggs or 7.8 oz.,
1/4 tsp. black pepper,
3/4 tsp. sea salt,
2 T. fresh parsley.
9 inch deep dish pie crust.
