Swiss Chard With Mushrooms

I like pepper and it shows in this recipe.
4-4.5oz. swiss chard,
1.5 oz thin julienne onion,
6 garlic cloves cut in half ( medium size cloves),
1/4 tsp. black pepper,
1 T. virgin olive oil,
almost 1 oz. thin julienne green pepper,
3.5 oz. mandarin oranges with juice,
2.5 oz. button mushrooms.
