Chicken Thigh Cutlets With Mushroom And Cream Cheese Sauce

Served over pasta. The cream cheese gives the sauce a creamy texture. After 5 minutes the sauce on your plate is still creamy. Enough chicken for 3 servings.

1 lb. 11.5 oz. bone in chicken thighs with skin,
1/3 c. minced onion,
2 tsp. chopped garlic(not the pre chopped in a jar),
1 T. tomato paste or sauce,
3 oz. button mushrooms
2 c. chicken stock,
1/2 c. dry sherry(no cooking wines),
3.5 oz. cream cheese (low fat has no taste),
1/4 c. heavy cream,
1/4 c. flour,
10 oz. pasta for nice presentation with 1 qt. left over

I didn't use any herbs on purpose.
