3 oz. uncooked penne,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
2 T. onion,
1/4-1/2 c. heavy cream,
2 T. tomato sauce,
1 tsp. dry basil,
1/4 c. brandy/cognac,
pepper to taste,
1/4 tsp. salt into sausage mix,
2-3 T. toasted bread crumbs,
1/4 c. grated cheese,
4 grape tomato sliced
