1 lb. 10 oz. country style pork ribs,
1/2 tsp. ground sage,
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves,
1 tsp. garlic powder,
1/2 tsp. onion powder,
1 tsp. pink salt,
1/4 tsp. black or cayenne pepper,
1/4 c. minced scallions.
4 sausage/burger patties.
