Sage Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Sage in stuffing, now works with potato.
3 portion using 18-8 scoop.

then use 1/2 tsp. minced (fresh sage) and add 1 more T. butter.
1 lb. 2 oz. Russet potato,
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic,
1/2 tsp. pink salt,
1/2 tsp. sage butter,
1 T. butter,
2 T. sliced scallions,
1/4 tsp. black pepper,
1/4 c. sour cream.
I steamed potato for 19 minutes.
