1/3 c. any shredded coconut,
1/3 c. any breadcrumbs,
2 ea. 5-6 oz. boneless #pork loin chops,
1 T. light brown sugar with 2 T. butter,
1/2 tsp. allspice,
1/4 c. scallions,
2 T. butter for pork with 1/4 c. light olive oil.
