2 ea. 7-8 oz. salmon filet sliced in half. 2 piece per portion. 3-4 oz ea. sliced piece.
.06 oz. fresh basil,
6.2 oz. onion,
1 T. fresh garlic,
1/4 c. flour,
1/8 c. lemon juice,
1/4 c. stock or wine,
1/3 c. light olive oil.
salt and pepper.
