Garlic Shrimp With Stock And Pasta

8 ea. 1 oz. shrimps or shrimp,
2 T. minced garlic,
stock is what is left after you simmer skins for 7 minutes,
6 oz. Pappardelle pasta or your favorite,
1/4 tsp. salt on shrimp
1/4 tsp. salt on tomato garlic,
3 T. butter,
1 T. virgin olive oil,
12 angle sweet tomatoes cut in half,
1/3 c. fresh minced parsley
