Octopus With Bowtie Pasta

Very simple recipe. All ingredients are measured so you don't have to guess amounts. This is for 1 person or 2 light weights.

5 oz. cooked octopus,
5 oz. bowtie pasta,
less than 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley,
2 oz. green pepper,
3 oz. onion, 1/4 c. scallions,
13 oz. plum tomato,
1/2 T. dry basil or 2 T. fresh basil,
2 T. ea. virgin olive oil and butter,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
1 tsp. salt.
