Broiled Short Ribs of Beef

If you haven't broiled beef short ribs try this. This is how Costco packages short ribs 1/4 " thick. Outside bbq has to be super hot same with indoor oven. If meat is pink it chews like a good steak.

1 lb. short ribs 2 portion,
2 T. butter with 2 large garlic cloves and 1 tsp. smoked paprika. My cost $5.90
