Pork Loin Chops With Horse Radish And Spinach Sauce

Even if you should overcook the pork, you have the sauce to save the meal.

2 ea. 7 oz. boneless pork chops,
4 T. flour, 2 T. butter,
1/2 c.. heavy cream,
1 c. pork or chicken stock,
2 oz. onion, 1 & 1/2 oz. celery,
1 oz. carrots, 2 T. white horseradish in a jar, 1/4 c. Stivali sweet bianco wine,
1/2 tsp. salt for sauce.
