Pork And Pasta With Peanut Sauce

This is actually 3 recipes in 1. Breading the pork in a unique way. Creating a peanut sauce my way. Sauteeing the vegetables for the pasta and cooking the pasta. It is time consuming. This will make 3 portions. My cost $3.52

1 c. creamy or crunchy peanut butter,
1 T. roasted sesame oil,
2 T. peanut oil,
2 T. seasoned rice vinegar,
1 T. honey, 1 tsp. minced garlic (not that crap in a jar),
1 tsp. ginger,
2/3 c. warm water,
2 T. Tamari gluten free soy sauce,
1 to 2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce. Above items for peanut sauce.
For the pork- 1lb. 8 oz. piece, after trimming 1lb. 3 oz.,
1 c. ea. panco and regular bread crumbs,
2 small eggs,
1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper,
about 1/3 c. flour.
For the veg--2 & 1/4 oz. carrots,
2 T. soy sauce,
1/2 tsp. pink salt, 1/2 tsp. black pepper
