Quinoa Flat Bread Gluten Free

If your looking for a little flavor in the bread then try this. So simple. Mix ingredients, soak, run into cuisinart and bake. Add seeds or nuts on top before baking or not. Use as a pizza crust, add toppings after 15 minutes. I cut up squares, put into plastic zip lock for freezer. Will only last a few days without freezing. Have with dinner salad or top with chicken or tuna salad.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, longer if you want chips.

1&1/2 c. white quinoa or another color,
1&1/2 c. + 3 T. HOT water,
1/2 c. diced onion,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
3/4 tsp. pink salt,
1 tsp. smoked paprika,
1 tsp. garlic powder.
grease parchment paper in a 12"x 18" cookie sheet pan.
