Salmon Filet In Beer Batter

If you like a crispy light batter, you'll love this.
Set oil temperature to 375 no olive oil unless you use light. Preferably I use peanut oil with a high burning point. cost $18.75. You can re-use the oil for fish items. The amount of old bay should be doubled. I barely tasted it.

1 c. all purpose flour,
1 c. cake flour,
3 qts. oil,
2 ea. 8oz. salmon filets cut in half,
1/3 cup cilantro, more flour for dusting.
