2 c. olive oil ( healthier than other oils ),
2.5 oz. blue cheese,
2 small eggs,
1 tsp. salt,
pepper to taste,
1 tsp. dijon mustard,
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic,
1/2 c. warm water,
1T. lemon juice after water.
