Country Style Pork DIY Meatballs

convection cook at 425 for 25 minutes with internal temperature or 150 degrees.

1 lb. 10.5 oz pork,
4.7 oz. onion,
1 T. garlic,
1 T. ea. dry oregano and fresh parsley,
2 small eggs,
1/2 c. panco breadcrumbs soaked with 1/2 c. milk , water or stock for 30 minutes
1/2 cup. panco dry added to mix,
2 oz. peeled celery,
2 tsp. pink salt,
1/2 to 1 tsp. black pepper.
I'm eating these with plain pasta with garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
