Sauteed Shrimps With Smoked Paprika

2 portion 5 shrimp ea. 1 oz. ea. shell on.
If you use peeled shrimp or shrimps your wasting money. When defrosted they give off much more water than shell on and they have lost some flavor.

2 oz. onion,
1 T. fresh garlic not the crap chopped in a jar.
2 tsp. smoked paprika,
1/4 cup dry white wine (not cooking wine) ,
1/2 tsp. salt ,
1/4 tsp. pepper,
2 T. butter.
