Spinach Dip With Prosciutto Ham And Garlic

5 oz, prosciutto ham,
2 T. garlic,
1/4 c.heavy cream,
10oz. fresh baby spinach,
1to2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce,
8oz. cream cheese,
1 oz. swiss cheese,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 c. sour cream,
6 oz. onion.
Only add 2 t. grated cheese to top. After heating in micro wave fold the cheese in.. Serve with your favorite dipping item including toasted bread rounds, melba toast, etc.
