Brown Rice With Italian Sausage

easy method
5oz. Italian sausage,
1/4 c. onion,
1/4 c. green pepper,
1 T. ea. garlic,
1/2 tsp. ginger,
1& 3/4 c. any stock you like,
1 tsp. thyme leaves,
1/2 tsp. or more salt,
1/4 tsp. or more black pepper,
1 c. rice, simmer for 35-40 min.
