11.8 oz. large shrimps(13-15 ct.) 14 pieces,
2 portion, 5-6 oz. fresh sausage ( I used Italian),
2 & 1/2 oz. ea. any pepper and onions,
1&1/2 T. garlic,
1 T. anchovy,
1&1/2 c. stock ( used half shrimp and half fish) ,
1/2 c. heavy cream,
salt and pepper,
8&1/2 oz. spaghetti ( 1/2 qt left over after dinner)
