1&1/3 c. virgin olive oil,
3 T. lemon juice or vinegar,
1/2 oz. onion, 1 oz. celery peeled,
1 oz. dill pickles, 2 tsp.
dijon mustard, 1 T. capers,
1 tsp. horseradish,
1/2 can anchovy,
2 tsp. sugar,
1/2 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce.
