Deep Fried Can Sardines

Frying makes it easier to chew, not so dry in your mouth. Still need a sauce, tartar, ketsup, etc.My next video will be a suitable sauce.A caper mustard sauce.
I can sardines 3- 4 pieces,
1 egg, 1&1/2 c. oil,
1 tsp. lemon juice,
1/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs

oil to be 375 degrees
