Individual Sausage And Vegetable Frittata

I was in a rush turning them out. The first 3 stuck on the bottom. I should have waited 15 minutes giving them a chance to cool and turn out. I would cut a round piece of parchment paper only for the bottom to avoid sticking.

5- 4 oz. aluminum tins,
1/2 T. scallions for ea. cup,
3 oz. sausage for each cup,
6 eggs and 1/4 c. heavy cream for 5 cups.,
1/4 tsp. salt only ( cheese and sausage have enough), .
4oz. ea. broccoli and zucchini per cup,,
1/4 tsp. chopped garlic
salt added to egg mixture and hot sauce
2 oz. cheddar cheese for 5 cups,
20 min on stove top,

1/3 of the way up for water bath on cups
