Broccoli And Zucchini With Veggies And Brown Rice

3.5 oz peeled shallots,
2 T. minced garlic ( not that crap chopped in oil you buy),
3.5 oz. celery,
3 oz. carrots,
1/4 c. ea. dried and fresh cranberries,
5.5 oz. green pepper,
2oz. dry seaweed,
2 T. fresh dill or parsley,
7 to 7.5 oz. broccoli,
8 oz. zucchini, 1 & 1/2 c. rice,
1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper for veggies,
1/2 tsp. salt for broccoli and zucchini,
2 and 3/4 c. water for rice.
