Cream Of Corn Coup

Yield is 6 qts. without the cream.
To each qt. add 1/4 c. heavy cream.
11 fresh corn on the cob,
3 qts. chicken stock + 2 qts. water,
1 lb. onion, 5 oz. celery,
2 T. dried thyme leaves,
1/3 tsp. ground bay leaves or 3 bay leaf, 3-4 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. pepper,

I am adding small pieces of andouille sausage and parsley
