All around dipping and glaze for tempura, kabobs with a fruity sharp flavor

4.5 oz. mango,
4.5 oz. plum,
5 oz. peach,
4 oz. mandarin or naval oranges,
1 qt. water, 2 T. sugar,
1.5 oz. fresh ginger,
1/4 c. + 2 T. seasoned rice vinegar,
1/4 c. sugar free pineapple preserves,
2 T. kikkoman teriyaki marinade and sauce.
