Shrimp With Garlic Ginger Red Onions And Pasta

10oz. shrimp 10 pieces 16 to a lb. average,
2 T. minced garlic ( don't use store bought garlic in oil),
3-5 oz. red onion,
1 tsp pink salt,
1/4 tsp. pepper for shrimps,
4 T. butter and 1/4 c. virgin olive oil.
