4.5 oz onion,
2 oz. celery,
2 oz. carrots,
4 garlic cloves,
2 oz. snow peas,
2 oz. scallions,
3.5 oz. mushrooms,
5 oz. fresh bean sprouts,
1 T. Tamari sauce,
1 T. hoisin sauce,
1/2 c. chicken stock,
2.5 oz. green pepper,
10-11 oz. chicken breast,
1/2 oz. fresh ginger,
1/3 c. corn starch ,
1 T. corn starch with 1 T. cold water for slurry.
