Sauce For Thanksgiving Turkey

This sauce is not for those who understand the making of sauces. This sauce is for those who would like to have a turkey sauce but don't know what to do. Follow my simple recipe . If you don't want to use butter which of course taste better than using a vegetable oil.

1 qt liquid chicken broth,
5 T. all purpose flour,
3 T. butter.

If you want to add dry white wine
Reduce 1/3 c. in another sauce pot.
Reduce to 1 T.
then add the sauce and simmer for 4 minutes.
