Smooth Oatmeal Pancakes

Great texture and healthy,

1&1/2 c. whole oats,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1 T. baking powder,
2 small or 1 large egg,
1 c. milk,
opt. 2 tsp. sugar,
2 T. melted butter for mix.
Butter or oil or both for cooking pancakes.
Add 1/2 c. your favorite fruit to the batter.
