Pineapple Glaze /Sauce

Good for pork, chicken, shrimps and more

1 heaping c. diced fresh pineapple(any size dice or grind fine)
1/4 tsp. ginger powder,
1 T. hoisin sauce,
1/4 c. dry white wine,
2 T. diced onion,
1 T. ea. celery and carrots,
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic,
1 T. corn starch with 1 T. water or stock,
1/2 tsp. minced rosemary,
1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper.

I did add 1 tsp. light brown sugar.
