Gluten Free Broccoli And Celery Soup

Almost 2 qts. of gluten free soup. You can add sour cream, cre'me frai'che, plain yogurt when serving.

9 oz. ea. fresh broccoli and peeled celery,
1-2 tsp. minced fresh garlic,
11 - 12 oz. unpeeled potatoes,

1 qt. of fresh chicken broth or can soup,
no powdered cubes,
1/8 tsp. ground bay leaves or 2 leaves,
1 & 1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 tsp. white pepper,
I use black for the taste,
4-4.5 oz. onion.
