Salmon Saute'ed With Onions Garlic Lime And Lemon Juice

The reverse of the Francais style. Egg the fish then flour. Gives a crispy finish. My cost $9.88

2 ea. 8 oz. salmon fillets,
6.5 oz. onion,
1 T. fresh minced garlic( you can add it just before serving to reap more benefit),
1 T. ea. lemon and lime juice,
2/3 c. flour,
1 egg.
S & P to taste.
