Chicken Tidbits With Vegetables

A lengthy video for the purpose of helping those who are not familiar with cooking in general.

15-16 oz. boneless chicken thighs cut into 1/2 oz. pieces,
8 oz. assorted peppers,
7 oz. onions,
3 oz. fresh baby spinach,
1 egg,
3/4 c. chicken stock(not dry cubes or powder),
1 tsp. ea. dry oregano and basil,
1/2 tsp. salt for chicken with 1/4 tsp. course ground black pepper,
14 cherry tomatoes cut in half,
1/2 tsp. salt for vegetables with 1/4 tsp. black pepper,
1/3 c. olive oil,
1 c. all purpose flour.

Optional- when done 1/2 c. diced pineapple and 1/2 c. nuts.
