Mushroom Cream Sauce With Marsala Wine

6.5 oz your favorite mushroom,
1/4 c. shallots or onions,
1 tsp. minced garlic,
1 qt. chicken stock,
1 T. butter for saute',
2 T. butter with 4 T. flour for roux,
1/2 tsp. thyme leaves,
1/3 c. dry marsala wine,
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper for sauce,
1/2 c. heavy cream. when serving finish with 1 t. fresh parsley
