Tuscan Salmon

Did it my way.

2 - 8oz. salmon filet,
2 oz. fresh spinach (no stems),
1 T. basil paste or 1 c. tightly packed basil minced,
1 tsp. fresh garlic,
1/3 c. dry white wine,
1 c. heavy cream,
1.5 T. butter also olive oil,
1 tsp. Spanish paprika,
2 oz. onions or shallots,
3.5 oz. cherry tomatoes,
1/2 tsp. salt to finish sauce
