4-5 large garlic cloves,
1/4 c. olive oil,
5 oz. carrots,
2 oz. red pepper,
2 T. basil paste or 3 cups basil leaves minced 1 c. heavy cream,
7 oz. any pasta,
4-5 large garlic cloves.
