No Yeast Pizza

Enough to eat for a dinner of 2. Thin and crunchy crust. Oven set to 550 , cook 8 minutes convection.
After dough is made, wrap it in clear film ( saran wrap ) for 15 minutes.

1 & 1/2 c. all purpose flour,
1/2 c. semolina flour,
1 T. baking powder,
2 T. virgin olive oil,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 c. + 2 T. cold water,
roll out to 1/4 inch thick
7 oz. ground any meat
2.5 oz. cheddar
2.5 oz. mozzarella cheese,
2.5 oz. red pepper,
1 oz. onion,
10 thin slices chili pepper,
1 lb. fresh vine ripe tomatoes.
