14oz. unpeeled Idaho potato,
9-10 oz. fish filet ( your flavorite ),
3 oz. celery,
7-8 oz. onion,
1 tsp. fresh minced garlic,
1 tsp. dried thyme or 1 rosemary stem,
1/2 lb. fresh vine ripe tomato,
1 qt. fish stock,
1 tsp. salt,
1 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce.
