Salmon Salad Marinated

7 oz. raw salmon,
2 T. lemon juice,
1/2 tsp. ginger powder,
1 T. hoisen sauce,
1/4 tsp. wasabi powder,
2 T. roasted red pepper,
1&1/2 T. diced red onion,
1/2 tsp. black sesame seeds,
2 T. virgin olive oil,
2 T. non fat Greek yogurt,
1 T. fresh parsley,
1/2 tsp. roasted sesame oil,
1/2 tsp. pink salt,
/4 c. scallions,
1/2 c. raw brown rice.
Leave 2 hours marinating at room temperature. Make your favorite salad ingredients, then top with salmon.
