Sauerkraut Cakes/Patties ,Pancakes

Sorry about me hitting the side of the metal bowl, hold your ears.

First step is missing. Simply boil the sauerkraut ( not canned ) with 2 cups of water for 5 minutes.
use capco scoop #18-8

2 eggs,
1/2 c. all purpose flour,
1 lb. sauerkraut,
1 T. chopped garlic,
1 tsp. caraway seeds cooked with sauerkraut,
2 T. curly parsley or cilantro,
1/3 c. olive oil,
1/4 c. minced onion
