yield is 4 large waffles.

1/2 c. brown rice flour,
1/3 c. almond flour/meal,
1/3 c. buckwheat flour,
1/3 c. quinoa flour,
3 tsp. banana or pure vanilla flavor,
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum,
1 tsp. sea salt,
3 T. sweet butter or oil,
1/4 c. apple sauce,
1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
2 T. baking powder,
1 c. milk,
2 eggs,
1/4 c. heavy cream.
