Gluten And Diary Free Waffles/Pancakes

1 &1/2 c. brown rice flour,
1/2 c. coconut flour,
1 tsp. sea salt
2 T. oil,
3 tsp. pure vanilla extract,
2& 3/4 c. water or milk,
1 tsp. cinnamon,
1 tsp. baking soda,
2 T. baking powder,
1/2 c. un sweetened apple sauce,
1/2 tsp. xanthan gum

cook 5-6 minutes.
