Sausage And Peppers

1 lb. raw Italian sausage ( your favorite ),
8 oz. ea. onion, red, yellow and green pepper,
1 T. FRESH garlic ( more if your in love with garlic ),
1-2 tsp. dry or fresh oregano,
1/2 - 1 tsp. sriracha hot chili sauce,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/2 c. fresh tomato basil sauce.
1/4 c. olive oil.
