12 hours of prep. 1st a small amount of snacks and drink at 4 pm. Guests left at 8 pm. No recipe on this. The stuffing had dried cranberries, fresh cherries, onion, thyme, celery , sage, mandarin orange, egg, panco breadcrumbs. The sauce for the pork loin was made from pork neck bones.
