Multi Grain Seafood And Bean Salad

Pescatarian recipe with resistant starch,

Triple the fish and shrimps if you like more

1/4 c. raw small red beans,
2.5 - 3oz. celery,
2 oz. snow peas,
1 1/2 oz red onion,
1 T. minced garlic,
5 oz. steel head or salmon,
3.5 oz. any mushroom,
5 oz. broccoli florets,
1/2 c. uncooked quinoa,
2 ea. shrimps 13 - 15 count,
1/3 c. chopped cilantro,
1/8 c. uncooked millet,
1/2 tsp. black pepper,
1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt,
1.5 oz ea. red and green pepper, 2.5 oz. cucumber( peeled no seeds), 1/2 c. any grated cheese, 1 T. balsamic vinegar or your favorite dressing.
