Sesame Noodles With Broccoli Mhrooms And Kale

eaten hot or cold. For 2 portion main course. gluten free

4 oz. fresh broccoli florets,
3 oz. kale,
3 oz. bkutton mushrooms,
5 oz. thick or thin rice noodles,
2 T. pickled ginger,
3 oz. onion, 2 oz. red pepper,
1 T. minced garlic,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/4 c. peanut oil,
1/8 c. roasted black sesame seed,
1/2 tsp sesame oil with 1/2 c.
scallions added when done,
mix together ( 1 T. ea. seasoned rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, hoisen and 1 tsp. ea. sriracha hot chili sauce
