The Best Chicken Okra Gumbo

3.5 lbs. chicken legs and thighs,
oz. cut up fresh okra,
6 oz. onion,
2 Tb. garlic,
3 oz. celery,
3 oz. green pepper,
1 c. + 2 Tb. brown roux, , 2 qts. fresh chicken stock/soup,
2 Tb. sea salt,
1/3-2/3 cayenne pepper,
1/4 tsp. file powder added to soup dish when serving.
